Warranty Policy – StrideHike

At StrideHike, we stand behind the quality of our products. If you experience any issues, you may be entitled to a warranty claim under the conditions below.


How to Claim a Warranty

  • To make a claim, please send us an email at support@stridehike.com with:

    • Your order number

    • Full name and shipping address

    • Clear photos or videos of the product showing the defect (must clearly show size, colour, and the issue).

Once we receive your request, we will inform you about the next steps of the process.


Warranty on Gifts

  • If the product was purchased as a gift, the recipient (Customer 2) can only submit a warranty claim if they have access to the original purchaser’s details (Customer 1), including:

    • Order number

    • Name

    • Shipping address

    • Invoice details

  • These details must match the original order information.


Documentation Requirement

  • Claims can only be processed if clear photos or videos of the product are provided.

  • Blurry or incomplete evidence may result in delays or rejection of the claim.


Your Legal Rights

  • This warranty does not affect your statutory rights under consumer protection laws.

  • Customers may still rely on their legal rights for repair, replacement, withdrawal, price reduction, or compensation, regardless of this warranty.


Limitations & Liability

  • This warranty does not cover consequential damages, accidental damage, or issues caused by misuse.

  • Claims must be made within 14 days of noticing the defect.

  • Warranty coverage is valid for 6 months from the date of purchase.
