Returns & Refunds Policy – StrideHike
We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If something isn’t right, here’s how we handle returns and refunds.
Return Period

You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

To be eligible, items must be unused, in the same condition as received, with tags, and in their original packaging.

Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.
How to Request a Return

Contact us at support@stridehike.com before sending anything back.

If approved, we will provide you with the return instructions and warehouse address.
⚠️ Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Damages & Issues

Please check your order immediately upon delivery.

If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, notify us within 48 hours with:

A video or photo of the defect, and
-
Your order number (e.g., #12484).

We will work quickly to resolve the issue by offering a replacement or refund at our expense.
Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

For exchanges of size or preference, you are responsible for the return shipping costs.
Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Please note: It may take additional time for your bank or card provider to post the refund.
Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

For defective or wrongly delivered items, StrideHike covers all shipping costs.

If you refuse delivery or fail to collect your order, the cost of the return will be deducted from your refund.
Exceptions – Non-Returnable Items
The right to return does not apply to:

Sealed goods opened after delivery that are not suitable for return for hygiene reasons.

Goods made to customer specifications or clearly personalised.
-
Goods that have been inseparably mixed with other items after delivery.
Order Cancellation

Orders can only be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase.

After this period, the order will already be processed and shipped, and cannot be cancelled.
Restocking Fees

There are no restocking fees.

We provide free shipping on all orders, but return shipping is the responsibility of the customer (unless the item is faulty).
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is:

Incorrect,

Faulty, or
-
Damaged in transit,
We will send you a replacement free of charge or offer a full refund.
