Processing & Handling

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after your order confirmation is received by email.

You will receive a notification once your order has been dispatched.

After payment is confirmed, your order is forwarded to our shipping partners for fulfilment.

Free Standard Shipping – Delivery time: 5–8 business days – FREE

Priority Shipping – Delivery time: 4–6 business days – £4.99
Estimated delivery times start from the date your order is shipped, not the date it was placed.
Shipping Costs

We offer free shipping on all UK orders.

Priority Shipping is optional at checkout for a faster delivery.
Delivery Times

Deliveries are not made on Sundays or public holidays.

If your order contains items with different delivery times, they may be shipped in separate packages.

We currently do not ship to PO Boxes or Parcel Lockers.
⚠️ Once an order is placed, we cannot make changes or cancellations. For any issues after delivery, please contact us at support@stridehike.com.
Delayed or Lost Orders

Please ensure your shipping address is correct when placing an order. We cannot be held responsible for packages sent to incorrect addresses or delivered to a neighbour/address provided by you.

Claims for lost orders can only be made 14 business days after the shipping date, once the courier has classified the package as lost.

Orders Marked as Delivered but Not Received

If tracking shows your order as delivered but you haven’t received it, check with:

Your workplace (if delivered there).

A neighbour or colleague who may have signed on your behalf.

Your local post office (in case the parcel was redirected).

You can also request proof of delivery directly from the courier.
⚠️ Please note: We cannot offer refunds or replacements for orders marked as delivered. For this reason, we recommend choosing a secure delivery address.
Why Was My Order Cancelled?

If your order was cancelled unexpectedly, our fraud detection system may have flagged it.

Ensure your billing address matches your payment details.

You may also try ordering with PayPal for faster verification.
Additional Charges

StrideHike is not responsible for customs fees, import duties, or taxes associated with returns.

Customers are responsible for all return costs. We recommend using a tracked shipping service and requesting proof of postage, as we cannot refund lost returns.
Faulty or Damaged Items

If you receive a faulty item, please contact us at support@stridehike.com within 30 days of receiving your order.
