Shipping Policy – StrideHike

Processing & Handling

  • All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after your order confirmation is received by email.

  • You will receive a notification once your order has been dispatched.

  • After payment is confirmed, your order is forwarded to our shipping partners for fulfilment.


Shipping Options

  • Free Standard Shipping – Delivery time: 5–8 business days – FREE

  • Priority Shipping – Delivery time: 4–6 business days – £4.99

Estimated delivery times start from the date your order is shipped, not the date it was placed.


Shipping Costs

  • We offer free shipping on all UK orders.

  • Priority Shipping is optional at checkout for a faster delivery.


Delivery Times

  • Deliveries are not made on Sundays or public holidays.

  • If your order contains items with different delivery times, they may be shipped in separate packages.

  • We currently do not ship to PO Boxes or Parcel Lockers.

⚠️ Once an order is placed, we cannot make changes or cancellations. For any issues after delivery, please contact us at support@stridehike.com.


Delayed or Lost Orders

  • Please ensure your shipping address is correct when placing an order. We cannot be held responsible for packages sent to incorrect addresses or delivered to a neighbour/address provided by you.

  • Claims for lost orders can only be made 14 business days after the shipping date, once the courier has classified the package as lost.

  • Requests must be sent in writing to support@stridehike.com.


Orders Marked as Delivered but Not Received

  • If tracking shows your order as delivered but you haven’t received it, check with:

    • Your workplace (if delivered there).

    • A neighbour or colleague who may have signed on your behalf.

    • Your local post office (in case the parcel was redirected).

You can also request proof of delivery directly from the courier.

⚠️ Please note: We cannot offer refunds or replacements for orders marked as delivered. For this reason, we recommend choosing a secure delivery address.


Why Was My Order Cancelled?

  • If your order was cancelled unexpectedly, our fraud detection system may have flagged it.

  • Ensure your billing address matches your payment details.

  • You may also try ordering with PayPal for faster verification.


Additional Charges

  • StrideHike is not responsible for customs fees, import duties, or taxes associated with returns.

  • Customers are responsible for all return costs. We recommend using a tracked shipping service and requesting proof of postage, as we cannot refund lost returns.


Faulty or Damaged Items

  • If you receive a faulty item, please contact us at support@stridehike.com within 30 days of receiving your order.

  • We will work with you to resolve the issue quickly.
